Myocum Rd
In Myocum, we created two pergolas designed to enhance both daily living and the natural feel of the property. At the front, the new pergola extends from the main bedroom, offering a quiet place to step out, enjoy a coffee, and take in the countryside views. At the rear, a second pergola softens the transition between the home and the garage, creating a more inviting entry. Built entirely with railway sleepers and rough-sawn timber, both structures bring a rustic, grounded character to the space. Garden beds were added to blend the builds into the surrounding landscape, creating a simple, natural flow around the home.
Kamala Rd
At Kamala Rd, we carried out a full renovation of the outdoor decking to restore the home’s key leisure spaces and give them a fresh, long-lasting upgrade. Working alongside Willow & Oak Building, we removed the worn-out boards surrounding the pool and rebuilt the entire deck from the ground up. The staircase leading to the pool was redesigned for improved safety, cleaner lines, and a more durable finish that stands up to everyday use.
We also renewed the second-story balcony deck, strengthening the structure and creating a more cohesive look across both levels of the home.
This project transformed an ageing outdoor area into a unified space that feels solid, refreshed, and ready to be enjoyed for many years to come.
Alstonville
In collaboration with Baker Developments, we took on the full transformation of this outdoor space, starting from demolition and building it back better. The original deck was removed to make way for a larger, more functional area that offers both strength and comfort.
With the new structure in place, we designed and built a custom pergola that brings shade, style, and a striking visual finish. This project reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering work that adds real value to our clients’ homes. Spacious, solid, and built to last; this outdoor area is now ready for everyday living and entertaining.
